ReplyDeletei followed this recipe to the dot and it sucked! u sure this is palli podi? i had to improvise by adding salt, dont say that its obvious. actually other ingredients overwhelmed pallis.
ReplyDeleteEach house has got there own recipe of podis, this is tried and tested recipe of my friend's house and it what i make it regularly in my house and it surely tasted more of peanuts then the other ingredients.Just tell me what are the quantities u took?
ReplyDeleteSalt hences the taste, when u say u had to add salt to improvise the taste then the amount of salt depends once taste.
Thanx for the feedback.
