Self raising flour:- 2 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Oil 1 cup (I have reduced the quantity to 3/4 cup)Carrot 2 cups (grated)
Milk 1/2 cup
Tutty fruity 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tspTutty fruity and sugar toppings
*Mix all the dry ingredients.
*Combine oil,milk,carrot,tutty fruity with the dry ingredients.
*Then spoon the batter into muffins cases and bake it 230 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
*Let the muffins cool and sprinkle icing sugar or toppings of your choice.
